This compact, renovated, self-catering studio apartment is situated in GreenPoint nestled between trendy de Waterkant and bustling SeaPoint.
Situated in a sturdy block just off Main Road the apartment is open-plan with views of the harbour and the V&A Waterfront and Signal Hill. Coffee shops, cafes, bistros, shops, GreenPoint stadium and a health club are all within easy walking distance; the closest MyCitibusstop is less than a block away.
The studio has a double-bed, with a futon able to accommodate 2 children. A single bathroom contains a large walk-in shower together with a toilet and basin. The lounge area has comfortable furnishings with a flat-screen TV. Superfast free broadband is provided through a dedicated wifi service to the apartment. A 6-seater dining table, adjacent to a modern, well-equipped kitchen, provides for enjoyable mealtimes.
A small Juliet balcony gives access to views of the V&A Waterfront and harbour to the one side and Signal Hill to the other. Safe and secure parking for one vehicle is provided through an open-air off-street parking bay. 24-hour access controls offers security and comfort.
Amenities within walking distance include the local Virgin Active Gym and Health Club (The Point or Silo District) and a same-day laundry service (Main Road).
Please note:
– Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
– Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).
