We have owned Dragon and Eagle Retreat for the last 30 years and have spent the last 5 years as its full time occupants. The farm is 120 hectares and is about 55km North East of Dullstroom. You will be the only other occupants on the farm. Your privacy and tranquillity are therefore assured.
In-Room facilities include: linen & towels, electrical blankets, stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, tea & coffee facilities, cooking utensils and dishwasher.
Establishment facilities include: game viewing, bird watching (bird hide next to the dam), mountain biking (bring your own bikes) and nature walks.
Please note:
* Children aged between 0 and 18 stay free.
* Please note a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance is payable prior to arrival as we have no credit card facilities. Cash on arrival is also acceptable for the balance of the payment.
* We do not charge a damage deposit and trust in your integrity to look after our property and contents as you would at home. We trust in you to take responsibility and inform us should anything be broken during your stay.
* We love animals and would love to welcome yours. Please note however that we require your animals to be well trained and that you bring their own blankets, toys etc. Please do not let them climb up onto the furniture or sleep on the beds.
* Please make sure that they are “flea-free” and that all their vaccinations are up to date. The property is fenced but we will not be held responsible if they should get hurt or escape. You will be responsible for cleaning up after your pets and will be responsible for them at all times. We will exercise the right to hold you responsible for cleaning up after your pets. We exercise the right to hold you responsible should for any damage that they may cause.
