Pin Oak Cottage is a self-catering cottage located in Underberg, a charming little farming town at the foothills of the Southern Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal. The town is a popular stopover for travellers using the Sani Pass to and from Lesotho Lesotho.
The cottage can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a kitchen and living area.
The main bedroom contains 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds made up as a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are separated and located in the courtyard area out the back door of the main house. The third bedroom is a dormitory-style bedroom which contains 4 single beds, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed. Each of these rooms has an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower. Linen and towels are provided, along with extra blankets and electric blankets. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 10 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a log burning fireplace. One bundle of firewood is provided complimentary. Additional firewood can be purchased on site. Bring your own firelighters and charcoal for the braai.
