We welcome you to Black Swan Guest House where we offer affordable and comfortable rooms for both business and holiday travellers. Situated close to the road for your convenience, Black Swan is impossible to miss.
Black Swan Guesthouse is run and managed by the owners, Thina and Paul Combrinck.
Every room has its own private entrance, decorative furnishings, and wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with showers. There are coffee and tea making facilities in the communal dining area that is accessible 24 hours. All guests are welcome to relax at our pool and in the surrounding gardens. There is ample parking for occupants and guests visiting the guest house. We also now have card facilities for your convenience.

"Black swan is a beautiful place to stay at, with a big well maintained pool. The staff is friendly and very helpful at all times. Beautiful rooms with air conditioning! The problem is the mosquito' s, I think they should have more mosquito repellents in place, add a few items for breakfast e.g. muff..."

The problem is the mosquito' s, I think they should have more mosquito repellents in place, add a few items for breakfast e.g. muffins or croissants, but that's not a big deal. I will recommend it to friends and family as it's very convenient on the main road. Near many different things especially Sun city resort. I really enjoyed my stay there."
