L’auberge Country Hideaway is a family-owned guest house in Port Elizabeth, and an ideal place to relax and unwind. Enjoy a peaceful stay in one of our three private rooms, surrounded by indigenous forest. Unwind next to our tranquil lily pond or take advantage of our communal lapa with kitchen and braai facilities.
Our three forest rooms are nestled amongst a thriving array of trees and bird life. Each room boasts its own private deck, en-suite bathroom, and serene living space. The rooms are equipped with a kettle (complementary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and rusks), a mini-fridge, DStv and fresh linen & towels.
In-Room facilities includes: DStv, kettle (complementary tea, coffee, milk, sugar & rusks provided), mini-fridge, hairdryer, ceiling fan, heater, extra blanket. Serviced daily.
The communal lapa is available to all our guests. Here, by prior arrangement, we serve breakfast. It has a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, large bar fridge, stove with gas hob and electric oven, and a dishwasher. There is also a lounge with cosy fireplace and a large outside decked area with braai facilities.
