7 beautiful holiday chalets on the beach, camping sites. There are 2, 4 & 5 bed chalets, on a 30km of private beachfront.
Children:
6yrs and younger stay for free. 6-12 years pay half price.
The rooms have solar heating for the showers, generator power from 6am to 10pm morning and evening.
All the rooms then have oil lamps for after hours, we burn citronella oil which then also helps for mozzies.
People bring food and the staff prepare meals which are served at the communal restaurant. One can fish and catch “Meti-fish”, the local currency is Metical. The local fisherman are very keen to sell their daily catch and crayfish are also often available.
The rate is mostly in our favour, exchanging currency with street currency traders is best avoided because of trickery. The good news is one can draw Metical with one’s own ATM card at most of the local ATM’s, FNB is now also very visible.
