A Spacious one bedroom, one bathroom Century City apartment with a large balcony and within walking distance to Canal Walk Shopping Centre and within 25 minutes drive from the City Centre.
Situated on the banks of the Grand Canal in Century City; within walking distance to Canal Walk shopping centre, Century City Conference Centre, Hillsong Church and Virgin Active Gym.This spacious and modern one bedroom apartment; furnished in uncluttered minimalist style is the ideal abode for the business traveller and holiday couple alike.
The fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, wash/dry combo and a built in oven and hob; flows into a large open plan dining and living area. Guest can access the balcony from the living room which boasts views of the Durbanvile winelands area and Plattekloof Hills. WIFI available to guests as well.
A commodious room offering a Queen sized bed with ample closet space and a dresser which may be used as a work station for the corporate traveller has sliding doors which lead out onto the balcony. A separate bathroom offers guests the choice between a bathtub or sizable shower with his and her’s basin. Summer evenings are best spent out on the balcony with the sounds of the canal ahead.
Guests staying at Manhattan Towers have access to a communal rooftop BBQ facility as well as an enclosed communal Spa Bath (small usage fee applicable).
Jacqui ‘s O Bistro on the ground floor is open daily (Monday- Friday) for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a leisurely short stroll around the canal to the mall or visit Intaka Island which offers boat trips; bird hides and nature trails. Blouberg Beach with all its kite surfers, restaurants and bars is a mere fifteen minutes drive away. Being in the centre of all major attractions you can easily access the N1 highway to Grand West Casino or the Durbanville Winelands; a twenty minute drive in the opposite direction and you’ll enter the city centre.
Please note:
– Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
– Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).
