It is a working farm with delightful Nguni cattle, dogs, ducks, chickens and majestic Shire horses. Walks, hikes and trails, luxury picnics in exquisite surroundings, Victorian Teas in our secret hideaways, waterfalls, indigenous forests and mistbelt grassland offer a wealth of activities and amazing views. NO Children under 10 please.

Mountain View Lodge sleeps 6 – 9 people and is a self-catering facility. The main bathroom has a double shower with rain and massage showers, bath, basin, toilet. Separate second basin and toilet.
The Main bedroom has a king-size bed and opens out onto a porch.
The Loft bedroom has 3 – single beds and 2 double beds with its own basin.
There is a fully equipped kitchen.
The vast living area has a fireplace for the roaring fires necessary when it snows.
There is a large selection of DVD’s and games available.
There is a well-stocked library and reading loft as well.
