Enjoy a relaxing stay in the flatlet, part of old house but not sharing.
Located in a a tranquil garden setting. The flatlet is within walking distance to town but away from the noise. We’re near the beach (3km to 5km) and bush (Forest trail 50m).
The flatlet is neat, equipped, comfortable and uniquely styled. It is situated next to the pool with scattered view of reed/lake. There are lots of windows and its own braai in the bush area.
The Flatlet entrance has 6 steps. It has a very well equipped kitchen, small bathroom with shower only, dining table, lounge chairs, a couch (2 child single beds) and ceiling fan. The bedroom is spacious with wall to wall closet, double bed, basin, ceiling fan and a pedestal fan and 2 single stack beds. NO TV.
On the lake side is a swimming pool and paved area with garden furniture - the fence not child safe. The large garden area towards the lake is where you can relax on a lounger in the sun or shade. Parking is on the premises - 1 bay per unit at carport undercover.
On site is a gallery with art activities to be done with art cafe (10am to 4pm ).
Please note:
*** Arrival time - 13h00 - 18h00. No early entry - we are still busy cleaning. Kindly advise of late arrival after 6pm as the reception closes and we do not allow arrival after 9pm.
*** Departure time is no later than 10 am weekdays and weekends.
*** A refundable key & breakage fee is payable on arrival, in cash only and will be refunded after the check of the unit and receipt of keys, upon departure from 8 am or paid back as agreed. Kindly arrange early departure at reception the previous day. Should any breakages or items be missing be determined after departure, the relevant cost of replacement will be deducted from your card or added to your bill.
*** No changes to bookings on arrival - we may cancel your stay if not in our favour or move you to another unit.
*** Full outstanding balance payments, on arrival.
*** All units are non-smoking inside and at communal areas.
*** Regret no pets of any kind allowed.
*** No visitors of guests allowed or business conducted on premises.
