Skilpad Manor offers self-catering accommodation in the heart of Van Wyksdorp. The house is an old Karoo-style house built on a 4000m² plus a plot with fruit trees, a vegetable garden and a chicken coop that is currently used as a playhouse for children.
The house can sleep a maximum of nine people in four separate bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedroom 3 has two single beds and one 3/4 bed and bedroom 4 is linked to bedroom 3 and has queen size bed.
There is a full bathroom and an outside toilet with adjacent shower for those hot summer days.
Other facilities include an inside and an outside fireplace, braai /barbeque area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, television and DVD player (you would need to bring your own DSTV smart card and own DVDs). Bed linen and towels are provided.
