"We truly enjoyed our stay for the 2 nights that we spent at Thaba Manzi Ranch. The Loerie unit was very spacious for 2 people, clean and well maintained and very well equipped. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with the lovely view of the hills around us and beautiful skies. The staff especially Esther were very friendly and helpful. She helped us carry most of our luggage which was a lot and some quite heavy. The property was well maintained and being in the sparkling blue swimming pool made us feel like we were somewhere high up in the mountains. We really enjoyed having all the animals around us from the cattle, the sheep, the horses, the squirrels, the wild boar and the 2 kittens were just the cutest. From the property we were able to go on a 10km hike in beautiful surroundings and different terrains and loved just hanging out at the small dam watching all the amazing bird life and even saw some buck. Also only a short drive away and a few kilometers of walking (due to our low clearance vehicle) one can be up in the surrounding hills with spectacular views. We were hardly disappointed that there was no longer the opportunity to go horse-riding on their horses as we really loved exploring the property and greater Farm Boschfontein by foot. "
