"Stayed for 1 night on the 27 August and was met by Jackie and Rhian on our arrival who gave us a very warm welcome before showing us to our beautifully equipped luxury home for the night. Rhian took us on two game drives which were well paced and with refreshments and lots of great information and chats. We saw white rhinos, elephants and plenty of eland as well as many exotic and interesting birds. There was a hospitality bar both in the room and at the main lodge and with plenty of alcoholic drinks (wine and beer) soft drinks and ice. We sat by the pool but it was a little murky due to problems with pool pipework and pump (a shame really because the weather was beautiful). A pool repairman did attend the problem though and was making efforts to make good. Great views from all the rooms with spotlessly clean terraces and outdoor shower area. The only thing that is disappointing to have to mention is the fact that dinner and breakfast is taken at another lodge (only 2 minutes away) but due to no restaurant facility at Morokolo. This not only interferes with the relaxation that you feel staying at Morokolo which is a more upmarket lodge than the Black Rhino lodge, but the food is extremely poor and not in keeping with the seamless quality you experience prior to these visits to the Black Rhino restaurant. Also to go on game viewing drives and then straight to this lodge for a poor meal experience gives you little chance to freshen up, have a drink on the terrace at the beautiful Morokolo Lodge. Would I go again? Definitely yes because I can't speak highly enough of Rhian and Jackie and the lodge itself. The Morokolo Lodge badly needs its own COOK (We wanted to stay there, that's why we came). Thanks so much.

I love the bathroom and in warmer weather, would love the outdoor shower. The bed and bedding were lovely. I do think I would remove the glass from the built-in glass container above the sink in the bathroom: it tricks one into thinking one can drink from the tap. Dinner and breakfast were great."
