3. Welcome by the owner and orientation of the place e.g our room, dining room and usage of equipment in the room.
4. Advise on places where we can get dinner/refreshments.
5. Cleanliness of the room and good working appliances i.e air conditioner, television, lights, iron.
6. Good running water condition.
7. Breakfast in the morning was perfect and the dining room was clean with nice soft music.
8. This is a very nice place to rest and recollect yourself (quietness and tranquillity)
9. Our room was just like our room at home.
10. We were assisted with the directions to where we were going at Orkney - clear and to the point.
