This fully equipped luxury self-catering Penthouse has a 180-degree sea view from the large covered balcony facing Uvongo and Manaba beachfront. There is a built in braai on the patio with a table, chairs and deckchairs where you can relax while viewing the dolphins and passing whales. A large swimming pool and tidal pool are directly in front of the unit.
This 3 bedroom unit sleeps up to 4 adults and 4 children making it ideal for a family holiday. There is a TV with connected decoder and a radio, large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 2 fridges and freezers, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, and iron and ironing board.
The apartment's main bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom featuring a stylish corner bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a single bed, bunk bed and a single bed mattress. The second bathroom also has a stylish corner bath and shower. Linen is provided but please bring your own towels, beach towels and dishcloths. The unit is daily serviced except for Sundays and public holidays but can be arranged.
Other facilities include a lock up safe, undercover parking, electric fencing and a night watch.
Please note:
* There is a once off linen fee per person per week for the washing of the linen during and after your stay. Minimum Stay 2 nights. Minimum Stay during public holidays 3 nights.
