Sweetwater Farm Cottages offers three self-catering cottages on a working farm in Redford Road, a quiet, rural part of The Crags, which lies in between Nature’s Valley and Plettenberg Bay in the beautiful Garden Route.
The area offers many attractions. Some of the most beautiful beaches in South Africa, hiking in indigenous forests, pristine fynbos, adventure sports, fishing, bird-watching and animal sanctuaries which include elephants, cheetah’s, monkeys, and the famous Birds of Eden to name but a few.
Alternatively, you can just enjoy the peace and tranquility that the farm offers, with its beautiful mountain views, incredible bird life and many hiking trails.

Oak Tree cottage is within walking distance of the other cottages and the main farmhouse and has a spacious ‘stoep’ with braai facilities and stunning views. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two single beds.
There is one bathroom with a shower, as well as a large open-plan kitchen / living room, with a TV and sleeper couch, as well as comfortable armchairs.

Description:
Palmiet House is a gem, an old restored farmhouse within walking distance of the other cottages.
The house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and is configured as follows:
On the eastern side of the house, the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet facilities.
There are two more bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed and the other, two single beds. A second bathroom also offers shower and toilet facilities.
The western side of the house has two more bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other, two single beds. Another full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, offers private facilities for this side of the house.
There is a washing machine, as well as a dishwasher and a scullery / dish-washing area separate from the enormous open-plan kitchen / dining and living area.
A separate spacious TV room boasts comfortable armchairs and sofas and there is an enormous ‘stoep’ or verandah with a built-in braai and comfortable outdoor furniture.
The perfect house for a large family reunion and you can always bring the in-laws to stay in the other cottages!
