Nestling high on the hill in a beautiful forest setting, seven fully self-contained, "free-standing", self-catering / vacation rental suites look out across the magnificent Constantia Valley to False Bay.
Solar Power and Battery Back Up system, for electricity, load shedding.
The View Cottage consists of:
- Private patio with entertainment lapa, including bar and barbecue facilities - leading onto the main swimming pool area.
- Large living area with Jetmaster fireplace, telephone, TV and bar.
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, griller and hob.
- Spacious bedroom with large king size bed, TV, C.D. player, M-Net, Satellite TV and video.
- Ensuite bathroom with spa bath, shower and hairdryer.
This suite sleeps two persons with a futon in the lounge for an additional person or child at an additional charge.
The Pool Apartment consists of:
- Large living area with view of mountain and valley.
- Unit equipped with TV, M-Net, Satellite TV and CD player.
- Ensuite bedroom with Queen bed, electric blanket and hairdryer. - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, hob, TV and bar.
- Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
- Entertainment lapa, leading onto private, plunge pool.
This suite sleeps two persons with a futon in the lounge for an additional person or child at an additional charge.
The Main House consists of:
- Large living area with lounge TV, M-Net, video, satellite TV and CD player overlooking the view.
- The lounge opens onto a large breakfast patio with a magnificent view across to False Bay.
- Elegant dining area with view of the swimming pool.
- Upstairs there is one large bedroom with a king size bed, TV, C. system and fireplace. There is also one smaller bedroom for two.
- Full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
- New outside bath with a view and outside shower.
Studio consists of:
- An open plan kitchen with bar fridge, microwave and hot plate, leading into the bedroom with electric blanket, TV, satellite and M-Net.
- Ensuite bathroom with shower and full bath.
- Overlooking a khoi pond.
Ideal for a couple or single person.
The Vista Apartment consists of:
- An open plan kitchen with fridge, microwave and hot plate, combining a sleeping area with electric blanket, TV, DVD, Satellite, M-Net and ADSL (broadband) connection.
- Ensuite bathroom with shower.
- Overlooking a magnificent view to False Bay.
Ideal for a couple. Can be rented with the Main House for extra guests - connecting door from the living room of that suite - but totally private for 2 if rented separately.
The Penthouse Apartment consists of:
- 55 Square meter inside with a 17 square meter wooden deck outside.
- Deck has a barbeque and amazing views of the whole of the Constantia Valley, looking over the sea to Gordons Bay.
- King size bed in room with ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a fold out bed that can accommodate one child.
- Facilities include: Flat screen TV with DSTV & Mnet, DVD player, CD player, linen, bath and pool towels, hairdryer, ceiling fan, air conditioning, gas fireplace in bedroom area, braai, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave, hob and even, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, pots and pans, and iron and ironing board.
The Bay View Apartment consists of:
- 85 Sq/m inside, outside terrace with BBQ and amazing views of the whole of the Constantia Valley, looking over the sea to Gordons Bay
- Splash pool shared with Pool Apartment, plus access to the main pool
- ADSL (broadband) connection
- En-suite bathroom with shower
- Ideal for a couple (plus 1 child over the age of 10)
