CapeBreaks specializes in newly renovated, contemporary styled self-catering accommodation. All units are available for short-term holiday rentals as well as corporate short and medium term letting. They are ideally located for holidaymakers, business people and visiting academics.
The apartments have views of either The Company’s Gardens, Table Mountain, the city or the private garden and pool.
All linens are supplied and the apartments are serviced weekly (extra cleaning can also be arranged on request). They are fully equipped for self-catering guests and have satellite TV as well as Wi-Fi connectivity for purchase online.
All of our apartments are in the St Martini Gardens apartment complex which has 24 hour security, a laundry and its own beautiful private garden with a large pool. Secure parking is also available on request.
Please note:
*** The balance plus refundable breakages deposit are due two weeks before arrival.
*** Parking is available in the building's secure parking garage at an extra charge per day.
*** A cleaning fee is due on departure.
*** Check in is at 14h00. Check out is at 10h00. Please let me know about an early arrival or late departure as this may require an extra day's booking.
*** Late night arrivals must be arranged beforehand and will incur a surcharge which is payable on arrival.
*** Minimum stay 3 days required or 1 week minimum stay required December and January.
*** Longer rentals available on request subject to negotiated rates.
