Nyala Safari Lodge is a family friendly safari lodge situated in the Balule Private Game Reserve, Mohlabetsi South Nature Reserve in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. The reserve forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park with no fences between Balule Nature Reserve and the Kruger Park.
The 5 large thatched rondavels which can accommodate sleeping for 14.
The rondavels at Nyala Safari Lodge are graciously decorated, each comprising an en-suite facility. There is a modern central kitchen - that is fully equipped - indoor & outdoor dining areas for the self-catering enthusiasts.
A small swimming pool (swimming towels provided) surrounded by green lawn and shady trees. The fully serviced self-catering lodge provides an extraordinary adventure for nature lovers, where a tastefully decorated indoor lounge and outside dining - under thatch - overlooks the seasonal river bed and water-hole. An elevated wooden deck provides restful game viewing in the shade of the large Weeping Boer-bean overlooking the river bed and water-hole.
Morning game drives introduce you to the beauty of the South African dawn and nature’s waking glory. Experience magical sunsets on evening game drives, when, as dusk falls, a whole new world of nocturnal wildlife will enchant you as it comes to life. Morning drives - between 6:00am and 10:00am - depending on the weather & season. Afternoon/Evening Drives - Between 15:30 and 20:00 - depending on weather & season.

"Nyala is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the wildlife, we stayed there in 2009.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our ranger Gideon went out of his ways to ensure we see as many animals as we can and he was very knowledgeable.
