I booked the accommodation and was a little concerned that my husband being a bit ADHD would be missing his TV etc. Well I was wrong. He hasn't stopped raving about it since we left there.

The peace and tranquility. The different species of buck that literally stood 2 meters from our doorstep.
The beautiful setting with the river running by, where he spent part of our stay paddling. The stars at night that fill the sky. You just don't get better.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting to destress and get back to nature.
Just sit back and relax on the deck and take in the only sounds that you will hear which is that of the birds, insects and hooves of the buck.

Most important to take binoculars as the plains in front of the cottage are teaming with wildlife that aren't always visible to the naked eye.

The cottage was very comfortable and the deck awesome!

Alison, the hostess was unbelievable and we are already looking to book there again!"
