Holiday House Sabine can be found in the charming village of St. Francis Bay, the gateway of South Africa’s world-renowned Garden Route. The bay is known for amazing deep sea fishing and rock angling.
A variety of marine activities can be experienced such as snorkelling, diving, or simply swimming and sunbathing.
The invitingly warm water is bounded by 5 kilometres of safe and gently sloping sandy beaches. Surfers can be seen in the bay while the river and canals invite you to try out excellent water skiing activities. Golfers will fall in love with the facilities of the 18-hole golf course just next to our doorstep. Two excellent tennis courts in the village are a magnet for the racquet lover. Walk along the many trails in the area and see the spectacular surroundings of the Kromme River.
Holiday House Sabine consists of 2 units; the Main House and the Cottage. It offers charming and very neat accommodation. Authentic, fresh, fun, comfortable and quirky are only a few of the adjectives which describe this original St. Francis Bay home. Our renovated holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests. The newly built cottage sleeps 4. We are just 200 meters to the safe main beach and 300 meters to all shopping facilities in the village. The canals are a 10 minutes’ walk away. Our lovely house comprises of a main bedroom and an inter-leading twin room, a mezzanie with 2 beds a full bathroom and an open plan lounge/dining room. A large wooden deck leads to an additional rondavel bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Garden furniture, braai, etc. provide for a lovely time outside. The cottage consists of 1 large bedroom and a slightly smaller one with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The lounge area, breakfast bar, kitchen and dining area are beautifully decorated. The cottage has its own private terrace with garden furniture and braai.
Please note:
***The house sleeps 6 people, the cottage 4 people. Special rates apply when both houses are booked together.
***In Peak Season we prefer renting out both units together at a very competitive rate.
***In Peak Season from 7 December till 20 January.
***In Peak Season the minimum stay is 2 weeks (the first two weeks include Christmas the second two weeks include New Year).
