Palala River Cottages are situated in the Palala River Reserve, named after the river that runs through it. It is located in an area in the Limpopo province in South Africa known as the Waterberg. We have 4 small self-catering lodges. They are all secluded, private and fully equipped. Come and stay here to escape to the peace and tranquility of the bush.
We offer a wide diversity of game including leopard, hippo, crocodile, 7 km of the beautiful Palala river winds through the middle of the reserve.
You can self-drive or walk on the reserve. Guided game drives and walks can be booked through Jembisa Lodge. Game on the reserve includes Giraffe, Burchell’s Zebra, Kudu, Eland, Impala, Warthog, Bushpig and much more. Please be aware that for the Podica Cottages and Kingfisher Cottage a high rise vehicle is recommended.

Hier word mens weer een met die natuur en gee jou kans om jou kop skoon te kry na al die gejaag. Die personeel isvoortreflik en vriendelik. Die lekker huotvuur en die waterstroom..."
