Lovely seaside holiday apartment in lower part of mountainside villa. Apartment offers two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeps up to 6 people, up to 4 adults and two children) as two double sofa beds in living room.
Modernly furnished living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Steps lead onto deck and swimming pool and sheltered garden with palm trees and other tropical plants.
Five minutes from best beach in Cape Town and in close proximity of shopping centre, restaurants, cafes and major attractions including Simon's Town, Fish Hoek, Boulder's Beach Penguin Colony, Cape Point and excellent golf courses. Within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes and top surfing on beach
Maid service available every few days.
Please note: The exact amount of guests booked in are allowed on the property, no guests of clients permitted nor parties or loud music. Minimum stay 2 nights.
Full DSTV available as well as WIFI. Security guard in front of the house from 6 pm until 6 am also during the day. Next door to police station and magistrate’s court with security guard.
