Livingstone Villa is 5 star luxury house. The sea views are breathtaking. It has its own private swimming pool hanging 8 metres above ground level. Your home-away-from-home. Every luxury you can think of. Best sea views, gas fireplaces, underfloor heating, full DSTV and Egyptian cotton. This is one of the most luxurious villas in the heart of Wilderness.
The whole house/villa is rented out as a whole unit; it provides accommodation for maximum 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a king size bed, and each bedroom has a gas fireplace, luxurious linen and towels provided as well as lots of cupboards space, and own private balcony. All rooms have sea views.
The 3rd bedroom is on the groundfloor and has an extra lounge. The bathroom is not en-suite.
Kitchen is fully equipped dishwasher, tumble drier, everything in your kitchen at home! Cleaning lady monday to friday.
1st floor also has breathtaking seaview in lounge, full dstv, gas fireplace and indoor braai. Gas fireplace too.

Our accommodation is best suited for 4 to 6 people enjoying a luxurious get away, however it is also perfect for a Honeymoon Suite. It has a private, quiet, and peaceful setting. Within walking distance to the beach, spa and village, and has own private garden.
The villa has a 5 Star rating by Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. The best sea and mountain views in Wilderness, Western Cape, South Africa, also called the Garden Route. One of the most contemporary homes/villas and modern in Wilderness.
Self-catering accommodation with 4 balconies with sea and mountain views. The house is exquisite, luxury and upmarket accommodation.
First floor:
The lounge includes a TV (full DSTV), gas fireplace and an indoor braai. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, tumble drier, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and gas plates. The dining room provides seating for 6 people.
Outside you will find a swimming pool overlooking the ocean. See whales and dolphins from your balcony.
The third bathroom contains a shower (no bath), and a washbasin.
Second floor:
The main bedroom contains a TV and full DSTV, gas fireplace, wall-to-wall carpets, breath-taking sea views, own private balcony, king size bed, built-in cupboards and boasts lovely sea- and mountain views. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, bath and double washbasin, and toilet which is separate from the bedroom. Linen and towels are provided throughout the house. 2 x gowns are provided but they stay the property of the house.The second bedroom has a TV with full DSTV and an ensuite bathroom. Same as main bedroom but has a smaller balcony but is also private.
The 2 x bedrooms on the second floor are not right next to each other. Each one is very private.
Ground floor/cellar/3rd bedroom :
The third floor contains 2 x 3/4 beds and washbasin. The toilet must be used on 1st floor. There is a private lounge, a TV with full DSTV and a separate front door entrance.
The house is dog friendly.
Next to us is a shuttle service available for day trips, please ask when you book. The sea is within walking distance of about 10 minute walk maximum. The village is about 5 minute walk.
Please note :
- No key will be handed over unless full payment is received.
- We require a minimum of a 3 night stay.
- From the 1 December until 11 January we only accept a minimum of 7 night booking.
- One month before arrival time the remaining 40% must please be paid.

You have your own private splash pool. Everything is included in one price for the whole villa.

The entire villa gets rented out as a unit.
There are 3 storeys. A 2nd floor where there are 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, then a 1st floor with a heated splash pool hanging 8 metres above ground level. A lounge with a lounge suite plus full DSTV and a gas fireplace. The dining room provides seating for up to 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen is also on the 1st floor. The kitchen have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier as well. An indoor braai is also on the 1st floor.
The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.
Luxury Bedroom 1 (2nd floor) and ensuite bathroom with king size bed, gas fireplace, own balcony and seaview is breath-taking.
Luxury bedroom 2 (2nd floor) and ensuite bathroom with king size bed, gas fireplace, own balcony and seaview is breathtaking.
Bedroom 3 (ground floor) shower and toilet and washbasin on 1st floor. It is private with 2 x 3/4 beds and own entrance ideal for teenagers. It also has a private lounge and TV with full DSTV.
There is a garden and you can walk around the house.
The beach is a 10 minute walk.
