1. Stays 2 nights and longer

The tariffs for Stays of 2 nights and longer mentioned below are applicable for 1 to 2 guests and guests thereafter, will pay R150 per person per night. No minimum booking period applies.

Seagulls Nest Top Floor Unit is from R1000 per night
Seagulls Nest Ground Floor Unit is from R800 per night
Seagulls Nest Flat is from R800 per night

For weekenders (if bookings allows) the check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 16:00 EXCLUDING PEAK SEASON.The check in time in Peak Season is from 16:00 and check out time is 10:00

2. Overnighters

The tariff for overnighters mentioned below apply for 1-2 guests thereafter an additional fee of R200 per person applies. Towels, tea, milk and sugar are provided:

Seagulls Nest Top Floor Unit is from R1000 per overnight stay
Seagulls Nest Ground Floor Unit is from R800 per overnight stay
Seagulls Nest Flat is from R800 per overnight stay

The check in time is 14:00 and the check out time is 10:00 EXCLUDING PEAK SEASON

3. Peak Season Tariffs

The tariff for these periods is fixed per house / unit / apartment and will be quoted on request.

If the booking includes either Christmas or New Year a 10 day booking period is applicable
If the booking includes both Christmas and New Year a 14+ day booking period is applicable
Shorter periods can be accommodated if bookings allow. A minimum stay applies over long weekends
No check in or check outs on 24 December, 25 December, 26 December, 31 Dec, 01 January, 02 January
PEAK SEASON check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00

4. General

The booking agent is responsible to liaise with the guests for damages and breakages.

5. Cancellation Policy

In the case of a booking cancellation the following policy will take effect:
1 month or longer from arrival date: 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
2-4 weeks from arrival date: 25% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
Less than 2 weeks from arrival date: The deposit amount will not be refunded.

"What an awesome place. I can describe our experience with two words namely TRANQUIL and VINTAGE.

TRANQUIL:
This place provide us with a calm space where we could find ourselves, rejuvenating and recharging. Although the establishment is on the main road, it still brought to the fore the tranquil effect and it has been enhanced by the VINTAGE effect throughout the house.

VINTAGE
The remarkable lay-out and choice of furnisher absolutely brought about a ambiance of time slowing down. From the moment we set food in the house, the Vintage look and feel captured even the imagination of the children. The house is vintage but comfortable and is not overbearing and heavy. the highlight for us was the table in the kitchen, where we could have our meals and just sit and breath.

Truly a place to return to.
