Needs improvement: checkin/booking service, cleanliness of bathroom and kitchenette/crockery, upkeep of children's playground equipment. TV not available in individual rooms.

The property was too close to the main road, so we heard mainly traffic noise and didn't get to enjoy the wonderful views and serenity which is expected from a weekend getaway in Mpumalanga. This property is best for short stays by passing travelers.

It is family friendly and a decent no fuss place. "

It goes without saying that you have a winning formula at your resort. The venu, staff, food, location is amongst the best out there.

Add to that your friendliness,hospitality and good old South African smiles, made this a truly remarkable stay, and one we would like to repeat many times over.

We still enjoyed retracing our way back to Misty Mountain from Sabie. It is a place one can enjoy four seasons in one day! If one hates mosquitoes and flies, Misty Mountain is the place to stay.
In the four days we stayed there we were able to go to Kruger National Park, Nelspruit, and Pilgrims Rest, all these places gave us spectacular views.
Hearing my 7 year old son call these views "Killer Views" was testimony to the experience we had.
I will definitely come back because I would like to go back to the Kruger but still enjoy the scenery offered by Misty Mountain. The food was fantastic and the open spaces allowed us to play games on the establishment with other guests. The Quad bike ride up and down the mountain was fabulous.
