"Aloe House is located on the main road into Hermanus, on walking distance from the beachfront (1km) which is famous for whale watching. I really felt welcome and at home here because of the friendliness of the host and the beautiful design of the place. Everything is done to make you feel relaxed. All living areas feel spacious as there is a lot of natural light. Rooms are located around two small swimming pools, one being on two levels with water flowing from one pool into the other. The rooms are very nicely decorated, have their own small living room and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a parking with automatic gate in front of the guest house, which closes at night, so you feel very safe as well."
