Black Rock Beach Cottage is situated in a sprawling big garden right on the beach front. It is a double storey house with a separate little flat in the garden flatlet.

The top section sleeps 10, the bottom section sleeps 6 and the flatlet sleeps 4. These units can be taken separately or as one big unit. The whole property can sleep up to 20.

We have been up and running for 21 years and the kitchen and bathroom might be a bit out-dated but we are fully functional.

We are fully fenced, have an alarm system linked to an armed response, burglar bars on all windows and security gates on all doors.

- There is a standard once-off exit cleaning fee.

"Lovely cottage straight on the beach with a lovely view. We stayed at the bottom part of the house. There seems to be a security problem at the moment. While on holiday it is not ideal to wake up in the early hours of the morning when the alarm gets set off whether its a criminal or a monkey. Then you have to wait for the security company to arrive and notify them that everything is ok. Thus evenings were a bit stressful and we did not leave feeling rested due to interrupted sleep. It also did not help when the security guard told us not to stay outside for to long while busy braaiing!!! I do hope they get the crime under wraps as it is a wonderful spot."
