Tina and Ema even met Hanan and I at a gas station and escorted us back to their home, as I had just completed the Comrades Ultra Marathon in Pietermaritzburgh. The hospitality was truly above and beyond the copious B&Bs I've stayed at in the United States. I particularly enjoyed Ema's homemade soup she made, as it was so delicious! The rooms and beds were very well decorated and had a very warm-cosy ambiance to them. The second night Alan and Tina moved us into the master-guest bedroom, which was even more stunning than the first room. The entire stay was truly lovely. I would highly recommend the Bancroft to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay with a beautiful family. "
