The room was very clean and spacious, plus the bed was extra long which served me well at 6'3'. Breakfast was delicious, lots of coffee and scrambled egg were had.

All in all, we will be back soon. If you visit KL be sure to get on the Vine Hoppers tour, especially the stops at Alto and Vredenheim."

I also did a bit of hiking up Stellenbosch and Helderberg mountains. The trails and views were well worth the hikes. Paarl and Franschhoek were both less then an hour away by car. Come for the wine, stay for the people! My room was clean and the porch was relaxing. I slept like a baby every night. I returned from my vacation relaxed and ready to take on the world. Exactly what a vacation is supposed to do. I highly recommend selecting Kleinbosch Lodge if you intend on staying for a week or two. But book early, Hans tends to fill his rooms and cottages pretty quickly during the 'on' season."
