Not only is it perfectly situated to be able to access all the wonderful things to do in Wilderness; it's close enough for a quiet and easy amble into town or to the beach too. The Cottages' position just across the road from the Wilderness Lagoon is perfect for sundowners on the deck, and provides a perfect launching point for waterside strolls along the well-maintained boardwalk and bird watching. Johann and Annatjie are friendly and gracious hosts with great knowledge of the area and surrounds, and they make a really tasty breakfast! The room we had for the week was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed - and the spa-bath a welcome and unexpected treat - especially after a long days' hiking! The back garden is a treat for bird-lovers and we spent many a happy morning amongst Swee Waxbills, Forest Canaries, Cape White-eyes, Knysna Louries, Fork-tailed Drongos, and many other feathered friends. There is also a resident cat with a very friendly disposition :) We will definitely visit Cloverleigh Cottages again."
