"A group of six of us were privileged to share the beautiful setting under the magnificent Swartberg range with Louis and Yolande de Jager at Swartberg Backpackers. It was the last night of our 6-day cycle tour through the Swartberg Mountains. Our friendly and welcoming hosts went out of their way to accommodate our every need, and Louis regaled us with fascinating stories of trials and tribulations in their early days on their farm. The accommodation was of a high standard and indeed very comfortable. We also enjoyed a bracing swim in Louis' fantastic 'pool with a view' before sharing an enjoyable braai with them. We did not manage to see the waterfall but that will have to wait for another time. Thank you Louis, Yolande and your family for our memorable stay!"
