Our guest house is conveniently positioned with a winding pathway to the centre of town, where one can experience this historic and captivating destination. Located on the shores of False Bay and en-route to the well-known Cape Point, Simon’s Town is the oldest town in South Africa and a delight to explore for the local or international tourist.

Guests can relax and relish in stunning sea views from your window or private balcony. Each of our rooms and self-catering units can be set as a twin or double and have been individually decorated and furnished with attention to the small details that really make your stay a unique experience. High quality amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TV with satellite channels, plush bathrobes and linen, indulgent toiletries and a tea and coffee tray. Selected rooms are semi self-catering with additional amenities offered such as a mini bar fridge and microwave.

The Grosvenor facilities and services include an outdoor swimming pool for guests to enjoy a leisurely swim after a day of activities, a braai area, airport transfers on request, laundry service on request, and a lounge/entertainment area leading onto the patio overlooking False Bay. Guests can enjoy a sundowner from the honesty bar in the dining room or on the patio overlooking the beautiful view. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout and delicious homestyle breakfasts are served on our deck overlooking False Bay.

Our self catering Villa sleeps 8, is fully equipped and all bedrooms are en-suite. Open plan lounge and kitchen area leading out to veranda which has beautiful views over False Bay.

We can also host intimate events and luncheons on request.
