With 2 bedroom units or studios, the apartments share a common plunge pool and deck area. Penthouse has a private pool and roof deck area with superb views of Lions Head and Table Mountain.

In-Room facilities include: Built-in cupboards, DSTV (Guest house package), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, and fans etc.

Free Wi-Fi and private parking is available for one car in secure bay for the 2 bed unit and a tandem bay on adjacent property for the 2 bed 2 bathroom unit shared with studio. Penthouse has the use of 1 garage suitable for saloon car but not a SUV.

"My husband and I had a great stay at the stylish '4 on Highworth' ground floor apartment. Travelling with our adult daughter, it was the perfect accommodation to return to after spending a busy day in Cape Town. Being so close to restaurants and shops we were able to eat out or prepare a home cooked meal at the apartment. Our stay was comfortable and convenient and Ian is a delight to deal with.
The off-street car parking is good to have since we had a hire car, but really, the apartment is close enough to the main road and public transport that we could have done without the car.
We'd happily return for another stay!
