The house is pleasant and tastefully decorated, and the rooms are very clean and quiet (with the sole caveat that in the lower rooms you may hear the steps from people in the upper rooms - which seems ok in a Victorian house with wooden floors). The breakfast served on the terrace is great and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The guest house is located in a pretty residential street two blocks up from Green Point's lively Main Street, just a few minutes ride away from the V&A Waterfront (which is even in walking distance), downtown Cape Town and the beaches at Clifton and Camps Bay. Highly recommended!"
