Pluses for kids: 1) well stocked kitchen; 2) beds were very comfortable and we all slept well; 3) beach frontage onto kid friendly beach and no pool; 4) small fenced side yard perfect for toddlers to run, and run and run. Negatives: 1) Staircase was a bit hectic for small ones; 2) bathrooms area all on the first level which was inconvenient with a potty training 2 year old. We also rented the owner's boat. Could not have pictured a better holiday. Few minor issues with the property were sorted out timely and Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. We're already trying to figure out when we can go back!"

It has all the conveniences and luxuries, or necessities depending on how you view them, you could possibly hope for, from a dishwasher and tumble dryer to underfloor heating and surround sound.
It is also very conveniently located close to town and the waterfront, not to mention Ile de Pain! The furnishings and finishes are all high quality and in good condition and the bedding and linen was one of the highlights.
Anthony was very helpful and friendly with queries and questions. All in all excellent value for money and we will definitely be returning for future visits.
