My husband and I really enjoyed our (too brief) stay at Cypress Cottage. The room and bathroom was beautiful and the service from the staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was good and prepared us well for a day of travel and sightseeing.

Our host, Hillary, was very friendly and helpful, and was happy to arrange bookings at recommended restaurants for evening meals, while her assistant, Bettie, who was responsible for our care and the provision of food, is an absolute gem: extremely friendly and someone for whom nothing was too much trouble. The guest house was extremely comfortable and tastefully furnished, and I can safely say that the breakfast provided was easily best we have experienced during the whole of our stay in South Africa. Need I say more!"
