Rooms were spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated. Linen so crispy and comfy!
Breakfasts were incredible! So much to eat and not a good idea to try and start a diet!
Garden was peaceful, with pretty fairy lights at night, and we felt safe and relaxed.
Hosts even provided us with beach chairs, beautiful wine in the room, fresh milk and coffee even during loadshedding..... and lots of laughter!
For tourists, it was a lovely short walk to cliff path, restaurants and even centre of town. Wine farms in abundance!
This place is a gem, and hostess Elizma and Johan were AMAZING!!!!!
Loved them, so full of ideas and excitement and always apologizing for load shedding, which was not in their control, but neverthelesss horrible. (Worse in Gauteng)
Love you guys and hope to become firm friends. the 2 staff ladies were extremely pleasant, kind and helpful.

Absolutely delicious fresh fruit salad with cereals and yoghurts followed by cooked breakfast and then toast and muffins.. The scrambled eggs were wonderful!

The rooms are very well appointed and provide everything that a short-term traveller requires. The price is average for the town - considering that the whales are in town, the breakfast was very nice and usually one met the fellow guests at this time. The hosts, Chuck and Dot, were fantastic and could not do enough for us.

We will recommend this home stay to anyone and will certainly return again."

Well CLIFF COTTAGE certainly exceeded our expectations.

Jo welcomed us like old friends, the room was lovely & spacious, & warm! (The heater having been turned on prior to our arrival.)

Comfortable beds meant we had a good night’s rest. The following morning we had a sumptuous breakfast, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, to a 'full english', beautifully presented & cooked. All this, for a very reasonable price. We'll definitely return.
