The spectacular views from our bedroom and bathroom surpassed all expectations and was absolutely stunning. The staff led by Jean was professional and very accommodating. From the time that we arrived to the time that we left we were afforded nothing but the best service. Jean provided us with a list of all the best places to eat and also gave us some terrific ideas of places to visit and to see in Knysna. Nothing was too much effort for Jean, from having our DSTV service promptly restored to mailing our cell phone charger that was left behind.

Jean you are one in a million and the way that we were treated by you made our stay even more memorable. Joanne was also great and she makes one mean breakfast and she can give Wimpy a run for their money any day.

Jean I really hope our paths will cross again on our next visit to Knysna as there is no question as to whether we will return it is more a question of when.
