You have the choice between a fully equipped 2 bedroom flatlet with own jacuzzi, that can accommodate up to 4 people or the Bachelor flatlet that can accommodate 2 people. We are family orientated and do not allow anyone under the age of 21 without adult supervision. Our rates are charged per unit and we are ideally located in the peaceful suburb of Myburgh Park, Langebaan.

Just down the road from us, stunning panoramic views of the lagoon can be admired along a scenic 1.5km foot trail leading down to a beautiful lagoon, where you can find numerous shops and restaurants to dine at.

Langebaan is situated 120km north of Cape Town on the West Coast. It is only 20km from Saldanha, 29km from Vrendenburg and 39km from Paternoster. The beautiful lagoon which is popular for watersports like kite surfing is purely salt water. The lagoon stretches 17km from Saldanha past Langebaan. The West Coast Park entrance is about 3km from the flatlet and is most busy during the flower season.

House Rules:
The 2 x bedroom flatlet can accommodate maximum 5 x people.
No visitors may be entertained on the premises.
Maximum 2 x vehicles can be accommodated, no boats.
Check-in time is any time after 14h00 but before 22h00.
Check-out time is 10h00.
Smoking is not permitted inside as per South African Health Regulations.
The Jacuzzi’s heating function is set on a timer.
No opening and fiddling with the pump/engine or settings is allowed.
The Jacuzzi may not be used after 22h00.
Strictly no eating, drinking or smoking in the Jacuzzi.
Please show consideration to other guests, no noise or music after 22h00.
Please look after your keys and gate remote. An additional fee will be levied should you lose the keys or take them home.
No laundry facility on premises, however linen and towels of the flatlet can be placed in the basket and left at your front door for replacement when necessary.

* No drugs will be allowed on the property.
* No fireworks are permitted.
* Guests will be held liable for any loss or damage to property.
* Since this is a self-catering facility we expect you to leave it in the same state as you received it and everything in its original place.
* Guests should not throw rubbish, refuse or a thing of any description on any part of the premises and should place such articles into the proper bins.
* The owners do not accept responsibility for any loss damage or destruction of property; injury or death to person/s which may be suffered whilst on the property.
* Vehicles parked at own risk.
* All residents are taken to have read and fully accept all the rules of Accommodation Unwind.

"The accommodation was neat and very comfortable in the bachelors flat. However, the TV was not working and when we reported it, no one was able to assist. As sport lovers, we missed out on the weekend sport entertainment at night.

The rules, which are not posted on the website, are extremely strict for a holiday resort and makes one feel very uncomfortable. It is also set out in a very direct and uncourteous manner. It is also much further than 20 minutes away from the beach! Definitely not a child-friendly accommodation! No music and it must be quiet after 22h00."
