We took up a two night stay the Maputuland Guest House. What a lovely couple we met there, the breakfasts were so tasty, always a smile and Gisela was most informative about the surrounding places of interest, Peter the man of the Home, he offered us towels and beach mats, that was a real bonus, our room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the food we had outside the home.
It was a nice way to finish off our little 3 day holiday.

The location is excellent as it is within reach of most attractions a tourist could ever want. Each of the six days we stayed was fantastic.
We made trips to the St Lucia Beach, walked around the St Lucia Lake estuary, did a boat cruise on St. Lucia Lake, visited the Mission Rocks and Cape Vidal.
My son was thrilled with all the activities we part took but on the first fishing lesson I gave him on the St Lucia lake I caught a crab. My boys keeps making jokes about it to this day.
It was a wonderful holiday. St Lucia is paradise for a family holiday and with excellent accommodation like Maputaland Guest House, you can't go wrong.
