Understated rooms with views of the Indian Ocean, scuba dives launching from the best beach in the country and well-balanced three-course meals with a pretty decent wine list. The staff are ever happy to please. Let me not forget the experience of seeing a loggerhead turtle climb out of the sea, crawl up the beach, dig a hole and lay her eggs in full view of the assembled onlookers. Absolutely amazing.
