DankiPa offers stunning, comfortable, self-catering, private lodge or guest house accommodation with abundant storage and living space, where you can unpack and unwind in a safe, peaceful and beautiful environment.

These luxurious, spacious, earthy and stunning town-house-style self-catering private units are unique in many regards. As an eco-estate, all materials used in construction as far as possible have been recycled, refurbished, made by local tradesmen, or re-purposed.

The rooms have all the required amenities including solid beds, headpieces, comfortable mattresses, large mirrors and dressing tables. Cotton linen is provided and bed linen and towels are changed weekly.

Units include DSTV (family package), Wi-Fi Internet, undercover parking, patio/braai area, private yard / garden, and laundry room with washing machine. Water, gas and electricity provided but electrical heaters, blankets and tumble dryers are not permitted, due to our green strategy. Gas heaters supplied if required.

DankiPa's water is harvested rain water and triple filtered to provide you with healthy living water straight from our internal taps (all outdoor taps should be considered unhealthy).

Our lodge provides easy access to very large lawns, walkways, conservatories and gardens. Gardens include a variety of delightful flora and bird watching ensures fish eagles, spoon bills, geese and many other species can be observed almost daily. Swimming pool and entertainment area are also located at the accommodation.

DankiPa is just 5km from the City Centre, Goose Valley Golf course, the Pick 'n Pay centre, lagoon, river and the beaches etc.; without having to travel on any dirt/gravel roads.

- Check in and out times: Check-in time: 14h00 - 18h00. Check-out time: 07h00 - 10h00.
- Pets: Regret no pets as it is a bird and plant sanctuary.
- All children welcome. Extra beds not available.

"I have never had an experience with less admin than booking for, arriving at and staying with DankiPa Eco Lodge. They are kind, accommodating people who did not blink when we were incredibly late to check in and who did not fuss over us to check out. It felt to me like an exquisite balance between community and privacy. The rooms were a feast, the kitchen was well stocked, the view was a delight and the detail of the place was inviting.
