I chose to stay in Rustenburg with my friends because I thought it was the perfect place to say "goodbye" to 22 and "hello" to turning 23.

The lodge lived up to its expectations. It is situated in a residential area, convenient enough to walk to the garage and flexible enough to have access to public transport. With walls high enough for privacy, it sort of felt like I was miles away from the city and that came with a feeling of relaxation.

The staff were welcoming, the facilities were clean, efficient and easy to use. The blue shallow enough deep - enough swimming pool made for great "selfie" and instagram posts. My friends and I definitely plan on coming back, especially during the festive season and take advantage of its close proximity to Sun City.

We trust that the North West heat will be just as welcoming the second time around as it was the first. "
