"The hospitality I experienced at 52 on Ninth B&B was truly exceptional.  In addition the facilities are tastefully and comfortably appointed, spotlessly maintained, neat and clean. 

My dietary requirements as a vegetarian were attended to with understanding and flexibility .  What made this special, was that I received a friendly e-mail a few days before my arrival to determine exactly what my needs were.  My stay was concluded by a beautifully prepared breakfast, customised to meet my personal preference, and served at a very early hour on a Sunday morning. 

The service provided by Bauke and Adri Dykstra  is highly professional with meticulous attention to detail.

The rooms are in a immaculate condition! I felt so at home! The breakfast every morning was spectacular! I love the full dstv, heated floors, electric blanket ( which I cant go without)! the bathroom was extremely tidy and I would always come home to a clean room as the room service was great!

I felt like I could move in straight away!

I would recommend this is an ideal place for business people as a comfortable place to live after a hectic day of work! I felt safe and looked after!
