The fridge was switched to 7 and I thought it might freeze our food so turned it down whereupon it defrosted and there was water all over the kitchen floor. The carports were at one end of the row of cottages and we were in No. 8 which meant alot of walking back and forth carrying our things. The cottage needs to be painted. There was no chopping board or drying dish cloth. The tv is very tiny so hard to see. The cold tap in the bath would not switch off easily. Unfortunately the sand road leading to Eagles Nest is in very poor condition."

"I arrived late and left early, so all I was looking for was a nice, clean, quiet place to stay. This was more than I expected. It is not a 5-star resort, so if you're looking for creature comforts and the latest tech or appliances, then you're at the wrong place. Value for money."
