Our other interest is birding and once again she suggested we contact Dave who not only told up where to go birding but also picked us up and took us down to Weenen Nature Reserve where we spent and couple of hour birding. All in all a most enjoyable stay inspite of the inclement weather."

She ensured that although we had initially booked for 2 adults and 2 children, that we had linen for an extra person. The cottage does sleep 6. It has one bedroom, a kitchen, large bathroom with shower. There are 2 single beds in the bedroom, 2 in the living area plus a double sleeper couch. There is a jetmaster braai out back. It makes an ideal place for a rest from a longer journey, and is in a good location, being 5km from the city centre. It is very quiet and restful. I would definitely stay there again should the need arise. It is also very economical, costing R900 per night for the cottage."

Very clean and neat indeed. We liked the layout of the room as well as the atmosphere. The morning we awoke we could see what the outside looked like, and just as tranquil as one would have thought.
