The Fairways is a Gold Crown resort, situated within the Drakensberg Gardens Golf & Spa resort, bordering on 860 acres of World Heritage site. It has lovely views of the Rhino Horn mountain and boasts its own 18 hole golf course.

We offer self-catering rental accommodation in 6 and 8 sleeper cottages. Additional units can be sourced for larger bookings, subject to availability. Guests have access to all resort facilities and activities. Guests are responsible for the additional costs. All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, stove with oven, full size fridge as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board is provided. There is a fireplace in the lounge and a heater in the second bedroom. There is a kettle braai on the patio as well as a table and chairs. The units are serviced daily (no extra charge). Camp cots can be provided if required - please advise when booking.

Recreational facilities include:
Golf; Putt putt; Mini animal farm; Snooker; Fishing; Hiking trails; Playground; Bowls; Horse riding; Swimming pool; Tennis; Trampolines; Table tennis; Archery; Zipline; Mountain biking Other facilities: There are restaurants on site as well as a number of pubs which include a sports bar for snooker, darts and large screen TV. A mini-superette for your convenience for essentials & curios (limited hours). There is a wellness centre and health and beauty spa which offers packages such as restructuring, firming, facials, massages and much more.

Please note:
* No smoking inside the units. There is an ashtray on the patio table.
* Strictly no pets allowed.

"Great mini-break with a group of 6 Adults. Unit was adequately equipped. Unit was clean and furnishings in good condition - although we found the loft bedroom very hot and quite stuffy. Plenty to do...or nothing at all - it's entirely up to you which suited us perfectly!

The map is a little misleading though - the last 29kms is NOT a straight road as indicated on the map - it has constant hairpin bends and quite a few potholes."

"This is a lovely resort, well worth the drive to get there. We had only two nights here, but enjoyed the accommodation and especially the washing machine and dryer, which is very handy when you are travelling! Plenty to do with the kids and the boys got to play golf. Definitely will return for a lon..."
