Marlon, the owner was also away with his family as well but the day when we were supposed to arrive, he whatsapp'ed us wishing us a safe journey and advised that he won't be there but Jan, his assistant will be there. Jan was a great help and I could SMS or whatsapp Jan or Marlon anytime and they would readily assist. He even sent us a whatsapp message the morning wishing us a safe journey and assistant Jan was awesome."
