New World Monkey house may not be your cup of tea though (thus the 4 star not 5). Hosts do everything they can to make your stay perfect. We had them do us breakfast which meant we could be on the way early. Rooms are in a row so an end one is much quieter and more private.

"We spent one night at Emahlathini Farm on our way to Mozambique. The cottage was clean and comfortable and we felt at home. The road leading to the farm, about 20km, is a bit bad but manageable, the beautiful scenery along the way way makes up for it!"
