Bella Vista is situated within walking distance of the town centre - approximately 500 meters away. Art galleries, restaurants, extreme sports, pubs, craft shops, coffee shops, etc. is on your doorstep. Approximately 30 minute walk to top of Rooiberge from Bella Vista. Approximately 40 minute walk to a dam surrounded by mountains in the Clarens Village Nature Reserve. Approximately 5/10 minutes’ walk to water streams and walking trails situated in the Clarens Village Nature Reserve.

Please note:
- On the date of arrival: You have to send your mobile number with your name & surname & approximately time of arrival in order to get a code for the key of your unit (number available on request).
- The key is in a safe at the door of your unit. The property is under an alarm system and will only then be deactivated.
- No pets & no smoking in the rooms at all.
- Please be considerate towards your fellow guests with regards to noise, etc.
- All keys to be returned into safe when checking-out.
